I dropped Hugie a line and he indicated replacing the tiles would fix the problem. Pain in the backside... I can't see the error in the toolset, so I'll have to make some good notes and fix it up. I suppose I should check borderlands too.

Observed this also in Sands of Solveihl in the same texture setas you are using in C1. In my own project I've also noticed places where the toolset shows water, but on playing the water mysteriously vanishes.
